The observation tower is not only an object to look at the city , but it is also something to look from the urban environment.
Mirror elements of the facade reflect the dynamics of the environment development and change the appearance of the object over the time . Thus, time becomes the full fourth dimension in which the object exists . It all ows constant interaction, which is very important for the developing area of the city.
The observation tower consists of a set of volumes in different scale that form the scenarios of the interior spaces.
The variability of space gives many opportunities to see the city in different ways and makes staying in it something special.
