The gallery house is located along the main street, as the gallery along the street protects the apartment from a noise and a dust. In the facade of the gallery there are tubs with plants. Plants create a green screen for the apartments.
Collective space for the residents of the gallery is located in a two-level recess that looked into the street and into the courtyard.
Entrances to the building are through: from the side of the street and from the side of the yard.
At the ends of the building are three-room and four-bedroom apartments with a two-way orientation. The length of the evacuation routes does not exceed the normative value of 40 m. Also this solution increases the efficiency of the planning solution at home.
