For the starting point in the formation of the idea, it was decided to develop a design of the site with reference to the plastic and the lines of tall grass. All architectural solutions seem to continue this natural theme and at the same time bring the spirit of modernity through the means of the compositional component and the materials used.
On the pedestrian street, the project provides for the location of a welcome area with a flower garden, a playground, access to the water, which is connected with the main event area of the city - Lenin Square. Also on the site there are areas for board games, a pétanque playground and an exhibition area located in the immediate vicinity of the art school.
