AD HOC ARCHITECTURE

The main direction of our project is the introduction of a natural component into the urban atmosphere. Natural materials, interesting and pleasant textures, calm natural shades allow you to create a comfortable environment for both children and adults. Such an environment will help develop good taste from childhood and will have a beneficial effect on the mood of all residents.

The main axis of the yard is the apple tree alley, which pierces the entire space along the long side, connecting all the paths and areas. There are places to rest along the alley. The center of attraction in the courtyard is the terraced area and the adjacent gaming hub. The square is an amphitheater with seating, a pergola with a luminous swing, and in winter it is possible to decorate the Christmas tree and hold family celebrations for all residents of the complex. The path system is organized in such a way that it allows you to create interesting entertaining and walking routes.

The facades of the buildings located along the perimeter of the courtyard have a rhythm and proportions that make it possible to visually lighten the mass of the building. The vertical divisions of the facades represent a rhythm of stripes that give the façade a flowing character and graceful proportions.
